A Jesuit priest from the Midwest is training for a cross-country bike ride to raise awareness about poverty. The Rev. Matt Ruhl leads St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church in Kansas City. He plans to embark on MemorialDay from Cape Flattery, Wash., with 12 other riders.
Their 5,000-mile trek will wrap up on Labor Day in Key West, Fla.
