Can you help me understand why you would promote Sun worship, Buddha and Hinduism?
"In 1989, the Vatican declared that Eastern meditation practices such as Zen and yoga can "degenerate into a cult of the body." Despite the Vatican statement, many Roman Catholics bring elements of Yoga, Buddhism, and Hinduism into their spiritual practices.[88]"

I am not promoting it. I find it offensive.

Thank you for clarifying that- Blessings to you then.

Thank you for your blog and your efforts. If you find Yoga offensive, why did you post in onto the blog? posting this link despite finding yoga offensive reminds me of politicians who say "abortion is bad, but I can't tell another person what to do".

It seems that posting this link without mentioning the problems with Yoga could have the effect of leading others to practice yoga

Thank you and with respect

BTW- I'm not picking a fight, I'm actually trying to figure out something important. thank you

Thank you Anon,
Their are plenty of posts about oriental religions on this site. I should have said that I am exposing the situation in this particular post. I will add a note to clarify my personal position and the that of the Churches. Hit the syncretism tag at the bottom of this post to read more on the subject.

Sun salutations are obviously a huge part of yoga. But they can be modified to meet your physical needs. I found Leeann Carey has a free yoga video on this that your readers might like: http://planetyoga.com/yoga-blogs/index.php/adjustmentsassists-in-modified-sun-salutation-2/
