Got Any Ideas For The New President Of America Magazine?

Recently Father John P. Schlegel, S.J.took over reigns at America Magazine as President and Publisher. Take the opportunity in the comment box to give your own creative ideas on ways to make America a better vehicle for the Jesuit mission. Such as story ideas, new writers, new directions and maybe more importantly constructive criticism.

I wish all the Jesuits would go back to being "THE POPE'S SHOCK TROOPS". Our Church needs a strong, dedicated Society of Jesus.
I had 8 years of Jesuit education in the 50's. When I read about abortion loving politicos speaking at Catholic Jesuit Colleges; I get sick.
I have subscribed to America 3 times in the last 10 years and cancelled every time. It is like reading the Democrat Party plank.
I do like your blog. God bless you.

I would love to see Fr. James Schall, S.J. be a regular contributor to America.

America magazine needs more Jesuit contributors and less lay writers

America Magazine should be more like Homiletic & Pastoral Review and less like The Village Voice.

P Schlegel should begin printing the meditatio on the Two Standards on the inside front cover, each and every week, changing it up with that on the three classes of men occasionally....
