When Jesuits Were Hunted Like Animals

Mary's Dowry Productions launched a new film, a life of St. Edmund Campion, on Tuesday evening. It is available to buy on multi-regional DVD now.

Mary's Dowry Productions is an independent Catholic film production company specialising in original films about Saints, Martyrs, Churches and Shrines in England and abroad. "Campion" is gripping, taking us from the University of Oxford, to the Court of Queen Elizabeth I, through Ireland, France and Rome, to his illegal re-entry to England as a Jesuit Priest. St. Edmund was pursued by spies and Priest-hunters, writing all the while famous treatises on the Faith. He was captured, tortured and imprisoned in the Tower of London and gave his life for the Faith.

Watch the teaser trailer for the film (here). You can purchase the DVD, which was released on 7th April, here.
