Before WWI A Jesuit At Windsor Castle Celebrated Mass With Archduke Ferdinand
For the first time since the Reformation the mass was celebrated at Windsor Castle during the recent visit of the Archduke Ferdinand,
heir to the throne of Austria. The duke and his suite attended mass every day.
A Jesuit priest went to the castle each morning to conduct the service.
