“There was a Jesuit priest I knew once and somebody asked him, ‘What’s the shortest prayer in the world?’ And he said, ‘F*** it’. That’s great, isn’t it?”
One night sitting in detox at my job at Catholic Charities, an ex-con leaned over and asked me "You know what the shortened version of the serenity prayer is ?" "No" "F**k it"
