Umm, I don't really intend for this to be a "comment" or anything broadcast to the winds, but I have no idea how else to reach you: at any rate, a better version of Maes's Life of Charles Nerinckx is now online (on my American Catholic History site). "Better" because full HTML, so more accessible, conveniently searchable; linked to various related items, and further annotated.
Nerinckx of course not a Jesuit, though he liked 'em, and he wouldn't have died in Florissant had he not.
