University of San Francisco’s Lane Center for Catholic Studies and Social Thought and LGBTQ Caucus hosted a talk by an openly gay, former Jesuit priest, James Nicholoff, on Proposition 8, the California marriage amendment. The talk entitled “Intrinsically Disordered: The Role of the Despised in Establishing the Holiness of the Church” was described by USF as “a community conversation exploring gay marriage and Catholic identity in light of Proposition 8.”" In light of Ignatius' 'Two Standards' and 'The Mystries Done From The Garden To The House Of Annas', at any moment we can be Judas or Peter, a Christian life can be a fine line."
