III. The response of the Society to the call of the Holy Father12. To be authentically "contemplatives in action" seeking and finding God in all things, we must continually return to the spiritual experience of the Spiritual Exercises. Aware that they are "a gift which the Spirit of the Lord has made to the entire Church," we should, as we are called by the Holy Father, "focus special attention on that ministry of the Spiritual Exercises."
